Question about VIP tailgating??

So as most of you know, this weekend I'm going to KC for my first ever Chiefs game at Arrowhead. I'm going with my sister (the Cowboys fan) and my best friend. We've been looking for a ticket for my sister for the game and we came across some tickets for the VIP area of the parking lot where they have all you can eat and drink and some live bands or whatever...for one price.

I just want to know if this is legit since I've never been there. And if it is legit, have you any of you been? Is it worth it? We found tickets for $65. What do you recommend?

Oh yeah and we're going to the KC/SD game at Qualcomm next month....so if any So Cal AP fans want to meet up someplace to tailgate, let me know......

Ok everyone, I'll be coming to KC next Friday (I can't wait!) and I need all the help I can get from the locals. I'll be staying in Downtown for Friday & Saturday night...then heading down by the stadium for Sunday night before flying home Monday.

So....I'd like some ideas on where I can go? Like sports bars, good eats, etc. Keep in mind that we're walking or taking cabs so nothing too far.

Also, who is going to the KC/Cowboys game? I'd like to meet up with some of you for tailgating (where's the best lot?) or socializing. I plan on bring my own beer and being incredibly drunk...just sayin.

Anyone driving by downtown on the way to that game? We need a ride....lol

Send me an email (email in my profile) if you want to meet up for some AP chit chat and beers, or if you want to meet up at the stadium for tailgating. I promise I'm not a serial killer...you might be though, hmm.

Anyway, I would love your suggestions!!!!

So I just realized that as we are so super close to the preseason start, and in the heart of camps this week, I have not gotten any work done. I've been at work, at my desk, attempting ever-so-scrupulously to seem busy. I am busy, quite busy in fact...surfing the AP blogs and my Facebook looking for my fellow KC fans to post something.

I dont' quite remember another season in which I have been so consumed and addicted to everything Chiefs.

I am quite in love with each of you! Thank you for keeping me up to speed, informed and incredibly entertained........

Ok, so I'm taking my first trip to KC in October. I'm super excited....never really left California but always swore I'd see my boys play at Arrowhead someday. That day has come. I have my flight & hotel booked, I got my tickets and I'm headed into town.....

Any advice or suggestions for things to do while I'm in KC? How could I find a tailgating party to join in? Any and all suggestions would be super helpful....

This is my dream come true! Help me make is unforgettable!
