Top Strikeforce 135-pound female fighter Ronda Rousey posts a video of her impact conditioning as she waits on the sidelines for her next fight.

The "Rowdy" one is 4-0 with four armbar finishes and has yet to see any bout go longer than 49 seconds.

While a fight against division champion Miesha Tate is probably the most likely choice for her next appearance, fans and pundits have also been campaigning for a battle against Brazilian "Cyborg" Cristiane Santos.

Says Rousey:

"I'm sorry that I have to say things bluntly and offend some people. I just want there to be a highly marketable, exciting women's title fight, and I want to be part of that because I feel like I could do a really good job, and [Tate] could, too. I think the two of us could do a better job of that than [her] and Sarah Kaufman. I really feel 100-percent that a fight between her and me needs to happen. It'll be great for women's MMA. It'll be the first highly anticipated fight in women's MMA for a long time ... We need to capitalize on the opportunity while we still have it. I don't want to risk her losing the title and us not being able to fight each other for the title."

How about it fight fans, who do you want to see Rousey fight next? Or does it not matter, so long as she keeps releasing training videos such as these?

Plan on doing some skits and parodies and crazy type shit like that in the future. Got a new camera recently and still tryna figure out all the features of it...I also got some new software and it's taking forever to learn how to use that shit.

A Vlog Rant About How Much I Hate Moving, And Since It Isn't MMA Related I Added My Thoughts About TUF To Make It So.


I Got Half My Hair Cut Off, But I'm Still Sexy:





Just want to say I'm SO sick of TUF, the shit has totally run it's course. The calibur of fighters just gets worse and worse and worse every season. Which I just don't understand, cause the sport of MMA has done nothing but GROW since the 1st season all the way back in like 2005..yet 2005 was the best season in the entire existence of this shitty fucking show. If you don't believe me then just look at the fighters who were on that show that are still in the UFC today compared to every other season:


1. Josh Koscheck
2. Chris Leben
3. Diego Sanchez
4. Forrest Griffin
5. Stephan Bonner
6. Kenny Florian
7. Nate Quarry


That's just off the top of my head, there might even be more. And out of those fighters, Kos, Griffin, Kenflo, Diego are considered some of the best in the world at their weightclasses...that fucking season was STACKED...and that was BEFORE the UFC became what it is today... Now look at every other season since then and try to name 7 fighters from any of them that still have 7 fighters under contract...there aren't any...these 7 guys above have been around for 6 years, under contract..every other season is lucky to have 2 or 3 guys that are still around..


Shit, these days its nearly impossible for a winner of the past several seasons of TUF to even win 3 fights in a row! How many fights did Diego win in a row before he finally lost? How bout Forrest? Hell Even Rashad from season 2 has only lost 1 fight! Bisping from season 3 has only lost 2! These scrubs today aren't worth a shit on TUF, the shit is wack, the early seasons produced the real talent, the last several seasons are nothing but scrubs...


By the way, I hate moving!

chick with a gun says Paradise City would make the greatest entrance music in the history of mma...i happen to agree with her..and if i were a fighter thats what i would use as my entrance music...Paradise City is such a kickass entrance song that koscheck could have used it in canada against gsp and the crowd would have erupted...you cant boo when that song plays through the speakers in an arena...try it...next time you're at a sporting event and that song comes on the speakers try to boo..you cant....your favorite team could be getting their ass kicked....and then that song could come on at halftime and you'd start singing along with it...

im serious, shit happened to me last year at a falcons game...im at the georgia dome watching the eagles beat the shit out of my falcons...im pissed off sad....then Paradise City comes on in the arena speakers and i jump up like "WHERE THE GRASSS IS GREEEEEN AND THE GIRRRRLS ARE PRETTY TAAAAAKE MEEEEE HOOOOME!!!"...the brief time that song was on i couldnt be pissed....that song is the perfect entrance music sonsss...
