Ralph Lawler Retiring After 2013-2014 Season?

Well, we have not announced this as final year, but that's the plan for now. But the plan a year ago was also for that to be final year. ...

Blake Griffin doesn't want banner up

I'm with Caron Butler. Clippers should hang a Pacific Division banner up in Staples.

[Blake Griffin] All I Do Is Dunk, Right? Great highlight video to show those who doubt Blake's basketball skills. I really think he's improved a lot since his rookie season. Just wait until he polishes these fadeaway jumpers, spin moves, and 15ft jumpers. He will be unstoppable.

What Lakers fans love telling Clippers fans

Arash is totally right. I'm starting to like him!

The Sterling Lounge: Week of 12/17/12

Happy Monday! The Clippers Viewing Party at Hooters Santa Monica was pretty fun. There was a good Clippers crowd and the wings are always delicious. I'm heading to Arizona this weekend to see...

No longer shame of the city

If you're a true Clipper fan, this is really nothing new about the direction the franchise is going. However, these positive articles from J.A. Adande and other writers just gives those non-believers a greater sense that "it's the Clippers" mentality is disappearing.

Chris Paul says he'll be ready

Very good news. Seems like his thumb is fine. I have a feeling he'll play the preseason game against the Lakers.

Clippers announce 2012-13 broadcast schedule

In other Clippers news, I'm glad Ralph and Mike are back behind the mic. I remember last season there were a couple games that was picked up by another local station that was previously KCOP. Excited to know that every Clippers game will be on TV. Just a few more weeks before 1st preseason game!

Clippers will be playing catch-up again

And this guy is supposedly the Clippers writer for ESPN? Arash, please submit your resume to become the Lakers writer. We all know you're a Laker homer.

ESPN Forecast: 2012-13 West standings

Clippers are predicted to get 50 wins. Lakers are predicted to get 59 wins. I think that's too high for the Lakers.

Clippers still looking to take over LA

"2012-13 is shaping up to be a memorable season in Los Angeles and Staples Center. There could be another championship banner hung in the rafters, too. Question is, will it be Red, White and Blue or Purple and Gold?" - Joe McDonnell

NBA TV to exclusively release 2012-13 NBA schedule

I hate that fans have to wait for a TV show to release the schedule. We have been through enough, just release it already!

Vinny Del Negro: Criticism Last Season Was Unfair, But You Have to Deal With It

Vinny Del Negro joined KTCK in Sacramento with Grant Napear to discuss the concern over Blake Griffin’s latest injury, if his style of play is conducive to such injuries going forward, changing the culture of the Clippers, adding Grant Hill, what he learned from coaching in Chicago and the criticism he faced this past season.

NBA PM: Clippers Add Another Veteran

Very good article by Eric Pincus. A lot of information.

Source: Clips' Griffin OKs five-year, $95M deal

"I feel good about them (the Clippers)," Griffin told ESPNLosAngeles last weekend at Team USA's training camp in Las Vegas. "Like I've said, everything's been positive. Everything's been moving forward. It's been a good experience. I'm not a believer in breaking up something that's working." - Blake Griffin

Winners In First Wave Of Free Agency

The first week of free agency is in the books. While there are a lot of unsigned players still on the market and some pending decisions on restricted free agents, five teams have already done enough to be considered winners. Here’s a look a look at why the Brooklyn Nets, Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Clippers, Boston Celtics and Miami HEAT have fared better than the rest early on in free agency 2012.

Blake Griffin positive about future

We were all busy talking about Jamal Crawford and missed this little piece by Ramona Shelburne. Very nice to hear Blake is happy to have a future with the Clippers.

Larry Bird plans to promote Kevin Pritchard to Pacers GM

Well, Andy Roeser can cross Pritchard's name of his GM search list.
