This is for me more than anyone.  When we get a new player or coach, I always just let the change flow and never think about what it's going to take for them to succeed.  I'd like to hear what some of you have to say about Munchak.  I just want to get the fanboy side out of my head and not put too strict of rules on Munchak.  I also want to be able to have a benchmark to tell when I've held on too long to a faltering system.

So, with that said, what do you think is a realistic expectation for Munchak in 1 yr / 2 yrs / 3 yrs?  I know this is based on coaching hires, draft, etc, but do the best you can with what we can predict.

 

I know I said hoping is useless, and maybe it is, but I can't help but believe that it is still possible for this to happen.  I know all of you imagine it....it's part of being a fan...being insanely unreasonable about what is going to happen with our team.  Do it Titans!

One of the comments pointed out that at the end when all the players are holding up the ball, one touches the #9 on the back of his helmet.  Perfect.
