Unlikely as it sounds, amid the horror of last weekend, I found one bit of comic relief, complements of our agric brethren. Following their inspired victory over Baylor, it seems that spokespersons Lane and McGee rallied around their feckless and beleaguered coach Fran. To wit, McGee: "we will fight for our coach... even to death!" Wow, recalls to one's mind Henry V and Col. Travis. Hand it to those passionate Agrics, swords in hand and chests thrusted outward, they have a flair for the dramatic.
