My first memory of watching hockey on tv was a profile on Cam Neely during an intermission on hockey night in Canada. I was 5 years old and he was such a big awesome player at the time, that when I saw the spoked B on his chest, I knew that was team I would always cheer for. While my passion is hockey, (even though my family couldn't afford to put us kids into hockey) my faith and loyalty to my Saviour Jesus Christ comes first. I'm an easy-going almost 30 year-old, married for a few years, having a kid any day now, Coke drinking and chip eating-aholic. I can write poetically when I want to, but some days, like today, I just plain write. I build houses for a living, am self-employed (only way to go, no one can tell me I can't leave work early to watch hockey or sleep-in or skip out to play golf, or quit cause it's drizzling, or... you get the picture.) Ok, that's it for now. Maybe one day I'll write this all better, but for now, that's all I've got. Look forward to many friendly discussions in the future. And oh yeah, Boston won the Stanley Cup!
