I am a 22 year old college student at the University of La Verne. I play college football at ULV and am in my junior year. I'm from Fontana, California. Inland Empire (909), to be more specific. I have been an California/Anaheim/Los Angeles Angels fan in baseball since birth. I grew up raised to love UCLA sports. Mainly a Bruin Football, Baseball and Basketball fan; but I root for any Bruin athletic program. I picked up an NFL team around 1998 when the Rams continually beat the Buccaneers. Aside from my family's deep roots in South Florida, I rooted for the Bucs to spite my mother's love of Kurt Warner, but grew to love the organization more the older I got. Basketball is Lakers or bust with me, aside from the former UCLA players in the NBA. I am indifferent towards the NHL; but root for the Ducks out of a combination of childhood love for the movies and the building formerly known as the Pond being across the street from Angel Stadium. That's pretty much it for me sports-wise. I look forward to being a part of SB Nation.
