With all of the "fire the Polians" talk, I have yet to hear a well-thought out, rational argument (pardon the elitism) for who is supposed to replace them.

Personally, I think we need a new coaching staff and a new strength and conditioning staff. The injury plague, year in and year out, plus the misuse of some good talent, is unacceptable. I like Brian Billick or Bill Cowher as HC, Chuck Pagano at DC or even HC (if we can Mayflower him over), and Peyton remaining as OC (ha ha ha).

But really. Who is out there who is a better GM than Bill/Chris? I want names!

It's irresponsible and naive to be demanding executive-level firings without providing a reasonable replacement. So let's hear it. Who do you got?

So I'm watching the Bengals and Steelers game, and the bengals just got flagged for a much less egregious hold than we're used to seeing every week on Mathis and Freeney.  Whitworth (Bengals LT) was flagged for holding Harrison's neck in what I consider a very mild choke hold.  The flag came down immediately.  After seeing this, i got a little mad at how they called that, but never call anything even half as bad against mathis and Freeney.  The answer? 

JAMES HARRISON FELL DOWN.

Harrison had the LT burned around the edge.  The LT grabbed him by the neck.  Harrison just fell down.  Boom!  10-yard holding flag.

Our ends need to take a lesson from this so we can draw flags for the 15-20 times a game they're held worse than this one was flagged for.  Just an idea....

Seems Blair White didn't make it after all....
