1. You must have a good draft. You cannot start rebuilding without bringing in the future building blocks. Everybody knows that winning franchises are built from the Draft,you cannot  just sign big names to a team and hope that they can carry your team it just doesn't work. A name that jumps out at me is the Redskins a franchise that will pay and do whatever it takes to sign big name talent and have about 0% success. Even though a big free agent signing does wonders for your fan base(like a kid at Christmas) unless you have a foundation in place you can't build a house.

The smoke starts to fill the stadium and and I am sitting there at the 50 and I can feel my heart beating. I have no idea why I'm here or who the hell is playing for that matter. Then feedback on the mic begins and shortly after I hear a voice over the speakers "Please welcome your 2015 NFC champions the New York Giants. I start to focus a little harder on the tunnel to the left and I see none other than the Giants running out the tunnel and I'm like OMFG I'm at the Superbowl. I start to lean forward in my seat trying to see names on jerseys and the mic kicks back on"Now let's welcome your your 2015 AFC champions the Kansas City Chiefs". I jump to my feet in disbelief and almost lose my mind.  I see all the players running through the tunnel on the right and the smoke is fading as I read their Jerseys. It's Jamal followed by Waters and then Bowe and Cassel and they slowly make there way to the side of the field I'm on and they all come up and shake my hand and go sit on the bench. I hear LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE and all the Chiefs pour out on the field.

    First I'll start by adding if this post jumps around from point to point I am sorry. I scatterbrain when I have alot to say, so I'll do my best. This year was a lot to grasp for me on one hand we looked different this year maybe the attitude ,maybe the effort, or maybe the fact that we BEAT DENVER IN DENVER!!!!! Ok, sorry about that j-man your a  great guy in a shitty city. Ok back to the point we looked different but still had nothing to show but yet again another dismal record and some more card shuffling in the coaches area thus far........and so my brain races

Ok, so this week was a pretty bad week IMO because I do not accept morale victories. We had the game in our grasp and let it slip away which reminds me so much of last year I want to puke. We gave  up way to many yards and our Offense just couldn't keep their asses on the field long enough to spell our D. Minus a few big plays we just were outplayed and out coached and the result leads to another Loss and leaves us just that more hungry for a win. So I think Oakland(even though they looked ok) better brace themselves for Cassel and a fired up Chiefs at Arrowhead, so with that being said I'm gonna go w/ 27-13 Chiefs win and the results of this week are below and if your on the bottom you are out and thanks for playing other than that if your in make your pick!!!!!!!!

      I just thought I would throw in my two cents on this years off-season and thoughts on next year ( I know there's been about 50 already but not by me). We will start w/ last year most of games we lost I feel was because of bad coaching and lack of conditioning/effort.We had a +5 turnover ratio and still could not just win a game for the lives of us. We also where leading in many games at halftime which just proves the coaches couldn't adjust and the players just ran out of steam. I think that has alot to do w/ herm being a players coach and being buddy buddy with all the players. In my mind it can't be like that it has to be like a father son relationship you can be nice and caring that's great but you have to lay boundaries and keep the players focused on the goal ahead and that might take being nasty every once in a while. There was not one team last year we played that I thought we had no chance of beating(any given sunday) I believe we just got off to a bad start and lacked the leadership needed on boths sides of the ball and coaching. Tyler thighpen is a great quaterback IMO but he just isn't a leader in my mind and the D let us down.

      Now the brightside If the dolphins can do it don't say we can't that is BS.We have cleaned house and have now started a new chapter in arrowhead that I think will make Lamar smile looking down. Haley can be a fiery sometimes but we need that are players need a flame lit under there ass and Pioli is the voice of reason we have been missing for a long time now. The addition of Cassel will be the leadership we need in the huddle and Vrabel and Thomas will be the leadership we need on D. That 2-14 record last year was very decieving as I think w/ some conditiong and leadership we would have been 8-8 or so. I think we are very much headed in the right direction and feel even loyal fans will be amazed when we step on the field this year. We will drill out of these players head that jobs are safe and winning is just ok. I think there is alot of talent on this team and w/ the right attitude we will be a tough team to beat(Yeah I said it).I am a believer that stars do not win games teams do. If we can just play together and have that chemistry on the field there is no limit in my mind of what this team can do this year so w/ that being said I see the tunaround coming from gutter to glory baby we are on the way! GO CHIEFS GO!
