There were not many moments that we wish to remember in 2006.  As usual, 2/5ths of the starting rotation was not on the field for those first few days, but we were all hopeful of the good summer to come.  There were lots of questions: *Who will play second base?  *Will any of the pitching ever stay health?  *Why is Neifi on this team?  *Who is this Bynum guy?

Ok - I know there were not a lot of good moments, but there's one that I really really liked.  That moment is Michael Barrett decking A.J. Pierzynski.  I've just never liked that guy.  I'm not a violent person, and in spite of my screen name, I hate very few people, but that arrogant a** just rubs me the wrong way.
