With the news that the Seattle School District is no longer interested in running memorial stadium it is time for Sounders FC to pounce on that site.  They could/should build an awesome 30-35K soccer only stadium with a grass pitch.  Big International matches and playoff game could still be played at Qwest, and the new "Sounders Park" could be used for Bumbershoot and other outdoor summer concerts with a view of the Space Needle.  Make this happen...it make sense on a lot of levels.
