It looks like the Big Ten is ready to expand and with the ACC sitting at a paltry $5.6 million per team in television revenue when the SEC counters the decision won't be hard. To keep the league in tact the conference needs to push revenue into the $10 million range.

This ACC television contract is the most important league decision since 2003's expansion vote.

In light of the recent Big Ten expansion "offers" it appears that the game is on nationally. Swofford needs to pull in money off this tv negotiation if the league wants to remain in tact.
