Baldwin, is he really a diva?

I just saw a post on Baldwin and his ability to help our offense. I was already writing this when I saw it and thought this will be a good compliment to his post, hopefully. I don't really post often and never have done a Fanpost but I thought you guys might enjoy some of the reading and a video I came across doing some of my own research.

Chiefs relate: Browns fascination with the clipboard holder
This was funny for me because I sometimes feel the same way about some Chief fans! As Matt Cassel struggled during the season for numerous reasons, everyone began calling for Brodie Croyle to start. Maybe i'm alone but usually QB are backups for a reason and will start when they show results in practice. With a few exceptions, this is usually true.
