Born and raised in Iowa, though on the opposite side of the state from Iowa City. I've been a football fan since puberty, mostly Pro, then I met my huspband who turned me on to the wonder that is college football. I was initiated into Iowa football, as he is a die-hard, born and bred Hawk fan, and eventually just gave in and started to cheer for them too. (The reffing travesties that have been some Kinnick games helps)
