WTC Update: Scott Nichol Expected to be Out of the Lineup for 7-10 Days

69

After getting hit on a dirty play by Maxim Lapierre last night in a game against Montreal Canadians, Nichol is expected to be out of the lineup for 7-10 days with a shoulder injury, which translating from the Sharks language, typically means 2-3 weeks. Also in the update - Nabby to start another game tomorrow, as Sharks face Columbus. Update: According to KuklaKorner and multiple other sources on Twitter, Lapierre got suspended for four games for the hit on Nichol. Obviously, the league shared our opinion that this was a dirty hit, and they acted much faster than they usually do. The four game suspension for someone who has not been suspended like this in the past also speaks for itself.
