The tip time has been set for the Big Ten/ACC Challenge matchup in West Lafayette this year. On December 1, Wake Forest will infiltrate Mackey Arena and learn a little bit about how we do it in the Big Ten. While the nancies from North Carolina are shivering from the Indiana December temps, it'll be the perfect opportunity to run them out of the gym, starting at 7 PM Eastern.

Hey, Wake, did you see what we did to Davidson last year? Do you have anyone like Steph Curry? Yeah, I didn't think so.

Boilermakers Nab Ohio Native Josh Davis

Danny Hope landed his sixth commit for the 2010 class by getting a solid verbal from Josh Davis, a 6-6, 270-pound defensive tackle from Plain City, OH.

Davis is a defensive tackle, yet was inexplicably photographed holding a football as though he is a running back. Josh is a Scorpio and enjoys his PS3, chocolate milkshakes and hand jobs in the back of his mother's Chevy Tahoe.

Actually that whole last sentence isn't true. At least, not officially. But let's be honest -- who among us doesn't appreciate a good chocolate milkshake followed by a rub and a tug?

I did enjoy this opening line from the story:

Ohio defensive tackle Josh Davis didn't want to be thinking about college when he was still attending high school.

Yes, indeed. What a drag.

Urban Meyer Continues To Fend Off Notre Dame's Unwanted Advances

Urban Meyer is the latest college head coach to emphatically state that he's not going to coach Notre Dame. While some coaches like to dance around the questions of switching jobs, etc., when the rumored destination is Notre Dame, today's college coaches are reacting like Charlie Weis asked to sit in their lap.

"I'm not going to Notre Dame. Ever. I'm going to be the coach at Florida for a long time, as long as they want me.

Print it."

Meanwhile, I'm sure delusional UND fans will convince themselves that Charlie better watch his step or else Urban is coming in to take his job. What's funny is that people are still thinking this is possible after Meyer turned them down four years ago, took the Florida job, and then went and won two national titles.

"So you're tellin' me there's a chance...."

And Now, A Break From T-Mill's Thorough Professionalism

You've all been coddled for way too long. You have T-Mill, proprietor of this here site, who puts up reams of quality content all the time. He researches everything, he searches everywhere (even in cleavage if he has to) to find every nugget and kernel of information related to the Boilermakers. He's thorough. He's professional. He's handsome.

And now he's on vacation. And you clowns are stuck with me for a few days. Oh, sure, T made sure there were a few things scheduled to post while he was gone, but since I was able to get him drunk and convince him to grant me access to H&R for the week, well, we'll just see if he can find all the places where I auto-replaced the word "opponent" with "penis-wrinkle." Should be fun.

In the meantime, I'll do my best to entertain you clowns. For those of you who don't know, I'm J Money, and I co-edit the site over there known as Boiled Sports. If this were the film Tommy Boy, Hammer and Rails would be David Spade (buttoned-up, professional, etc.) and we'd be Chris Farley (fat, sloppy, disoriented, etc.).
