There's something to be said about having one of the greatest qb's to ever play the game on your team.&nbsp; However, by acquiring Favre, you effectively kill Beck and McCown's careers.&nbsp; This move would be great for Henne's development, if that's who the franchise sees as the long term answer.&nbsp;&nbsp; If Beck/McCown are just fill ins until Henne is ready, then I say go for Favre.</p> <p>I see Beck as our long term solution at the position. I'm not the guy in charge though. So if Parcells has already decided that Beck is a fill in for Henne and isn't giving him the chance to be the next Dan (heck, i'll take next Jay Fiedler), then it's imperative he goes after Favre.&nbsp;&nbsp; Favre would be the perfect example for Henne, and there's no need for me to enumerate all of the qualities this future HoF has.</p>
