I learned to sail as a kid and started Daphne's with my mom at age 10 to buy a sail boat. A few years later and a lot of sailing adventures I am at the helm of Daphne's as President and co-ownerwith my partner/husband Steve.
When we were building the company Steve and I spent 6 yeasr on the road doing arts and crafts shows from San Francisco to Austin to Aspen to Las Vegas. It was the best education in business and life we could ever have. I hung out with hippies, artists both struggling and successful and learned a lot and laughed even more.
Daphne's Headcovers is now global and I am enjoying every minute of this wild ride. Our goal has never been to have the biggest compnay but it has always been to have the best company. I can't wait to see what the next few decades bring.
