This guy has been out for a long time for a stiff neck something tells me its more serious than that.I havent seen anything that gets me excited about him being a Ray.And ive been hearing that its very difficult to transition from an everyday player to being a full time DH that may well be the problem and the Rays for sure cant use him in the outfield with Crawford BJ and now hopefully Joyce in right.I may be  wrong i hope im wrong but to me i havent seen nothing out of this guy to make me think he can have an impact on this 2009 Rays team as the say OVERRATED.

Could you believe the start to that game today vs the Indians.Eric Wedge contested Maddons lineup card that they had two 3rd basemen listed so Longo was out as DH and today the Rays are playing National Leage ball with the pitcher hitting.I guess Eric is REALLY desperate to get a win,Kevin Kennedy said on the Rays broadcast that when he was a MLB manager stuff like this happenned all the time and the managers just signed off on it.He said it was a low blow on Wedgies part what a f+++++g prick ive been watching baseball a very long time and ive never seen this kind of crap to start an American League game.
