Since when has UT job been one that has trouble finding a great coach. I mean really, Muschamp turns us down to stay a coordinator at what I would consider an equally great football school, and then Calhoun turns us down to stay at AN ACADEMY? AND NOT EVEN THE BEST ACADEMY!! AIR FORCE!!

We are a major player in the best, most competitive conference in all of college football. I would say we are widely considered a top ten program in the nation. Deep tradition, long history of winning. The job will recruit itself to a certain degree.

Please help me understand why Muschamp would see it as a better deal to stay at Texas under Mack Brown for another 5+ years when he could immediately become THE man at Tennessee. I know its not money cause we have plenty of it.

Maybe its just my obsessive fandom taking over here, but in my mind these guys should be jumping at the chance to coach here.
