I know that there is probably already one of these going on, but in the game thread we got talking about it. I created one on Yahoo. You are welcome to join. I usually just do head to head, basic format. We can do a live or an autopick draft. Just give your opinion on the message board on the league page!

Jazz need change next year
The Jazz have made the playoffs this year, but they are far from reaching their potential, and have severely stumbled through the end of the regular season and the first two games of the playoffs. Something's missing. They don't have the chemistry that's needed for a playoff run. They have shown flashes of brilliance throughout the year, including a twelve game win streak and wins against the Lakers and Celtics, but it just hasn't been enough to consider them a contender.
They have all summer long to think about it and make some decisions for next year. Here's some suggestions, from an outsider perspective.
Carlos Boozer: Yeah, he only played half the year. Yeah, he wanted out at the beginning. Yeah, he wants back in now, but what should the Jazz do with him? We seem to have forgotten his All-Star season, and the fact that he is actually a decent player. If he wants to stick around, let's let him stick around.
Paul Millsap: Everyone got high on Millsap during Boozer's absence, and he has had a good year, but with his contract running out, he is really going to be overpaid by somebody next year...hopefully not the Jazz.
Andrei Kirilenko: Here we go. Longtime Jazzman, but continuously in decline over the past few years. He needs out. He is stuck in Jerry Sloan's system, which does not cater to him as a player. He is also the Jazz's highest-paid player, and he's taking up valuable space. His toughness is in question, and the Jazz need someone new to fill in his role.
Memhet Okur: Hang onto him, but get him a decent backup. If he's out, and the Jazz are starting Jarron Collins, there's a depth issue at this position. Get a big guy this offseason.
Obviously there are a lot of possibilities for this offseason, as the Jazz have so many restricted and non-restricted free agents. One things is certain, some change needs to come, and I don't want to have to be the one that does it.
