I was looking on Seminoles.Com's YouTube today and they were interviewing CJF about today's practice. Here is a screen capture of the beginning of the video. I thought the guy behind CJF right shoulder had this "whatev" look on his face and it made me laugh. So I thought it would be funny to do a Caption This of what that dude might be thinking.
The first section is the story and the rest is just blah blah blah.
You guys HAVE GOT to read this. Funny stuff right here: "OK Mr. Corn, I'll bite, what oppressive circumstance that none of us can possibly understand are you referencing? Are you suggesting that none of us come from families that struggled to make ends meet? Maybe none of us were raised by a single parent? Perhaps some of us didn't eat grilled cheese sandwiches, cheap hot dogs (with no bun), ramen noodles, or fishsticks for dinner AS A TREAT because we came from an era of economic recession that makes today's seem tame?"
The Nike Pro Combat Concept Helmets. Scroll through the slide show to see them all. http://gamedayr.com/teams/acc/tallahassee-florida-state-seminoles/tallahassee-florida-state-seminoles-features/fsu-seminoles-nike-pro-combat-helmet-concepts/ (Sorry I don't know how to make a direct link on here)
"It’ll be a wild back-and-forth game with both teams landing haymakers early..."
I like what I am reading: Matt Zemek says, "It looks as though Jimbo Fisher is recruiting quality and depth. I don’t trust Landry Jones to win in Tallahassee."
OK this hurts... Not to be a downer or anything, but ... somebody's gonna let you down. Virginia Tech did it. Miami has done it. Clemson is notorious for it. This year? ACC fans think it will be Miami. Think again. WHATEVER!!!
There is a Poll at ESPN reference the ACC's 2011 impact player and EJ is one of the choices.
Look Who made #3 on the list!!!!!
According to Stewart Mandel
I just wanted to share my game experience at the FSU Clemson game. I got to hang out for about 5 minutes with Mickey Andrews, watch warmups from the endzone, and sat 8 rows up from the field during the game. The 55 yarder happened right in front of me! Florida 7 ... Mississippi State 10
Eddie George and Tom Dienhart chime in.
Ponder listed on 3 of the 5 "Experts" lists and gets a total of 13 points.
I have to disagree with this statement by Mike Bianchi: "And, let’s be honest, naming Jimbo Fisher as the head coach hasn’t exactly energized the fan base." I have been more energized than ever!!!
You'll have to look in the "Others to consider" section at the bottom.
Of course we all knew this to be the case: PUNT RETURNERS CFN 2010 FIRST TEAM PRESEASON ALL-AMERICAN 1. Greg Reid, Soph. Florida State Florida State has a bona fine gamebreaker in the 5-8, 174-pound Reid. Explosive in space, he led the nation in punt returns at over 18 yards a return, and ranked fourth in the ACC on kickoffs. So dangerous, he’ll force the opposition to kick away from him this fall
He's one higher than Brantley from Florida and seven higher than Harris from Miami.
Don't know if this matters but anything that talks about a recruit leaving the GaYtors is good news to me.
Look at where College Football News ranks the Noles!!!!
Florida State: Expectations are high for an offense that returns all but one starter, but until proven otherwise, the defense is a weak link. This team can be the best in the Atlantic Division, but until the 'Noles take the field at Oklahoma, it's impossible to predict the defense.
If Stoops and Hudson can rejuvenate the defense, FSU will compete for an ACC title. The Seminoles boast an exceptional offensive line and one of the nation's top quarterbacks in Christian Ponder.
