Invisible operation
With all the injuries we've been having to our team; Greg Oden's micro fracture, Brandon Roy's foot, James Jones knee, and who knows who will be next on the list... it brought to my mind of an interesting interview I had watched a while back. I believe it was on Last Call with Carson Daily where there was a guest who was discussing his invisible operation that he had. I forget the guys name or what ailment he even had, but somewhat recall his experience. He talks about how he went into a small room and the witch doctor/spiritual healer asked him if he wanted a real operation or an invisible one. He chose the invisible one and after a few minutes he was told he could go. He went back to his hotel room and later that night he became really sick for a few days, and during that time his body was flushing out the illness and was 100% cured afterward. I also recall that Marilyn Manson was the first guest and he was still there when the guy was telling his story and seemed to be spooked by it. I found the following link.

I'm not sure if it's the same person that guest went to see, but I imagine it's very similar if it isn't. I also don't think that it's any stranger than Dave's burning ritual that he has going on.
Now my question to everyone is would you support such a thing? (At this rate I tend to think you would) Imagine... what if Oden instead of having a normal operation would have gone and had an invisible one, we could have had him for the entire season! Any time a player gets injured we could whisk them away on Paul Allen's private jet to have the invisible procedure done. I myself am all for it, hehe.
Before the draft Kevin Pritchard kept reminding everyone to keep an open mind, and now I'm wondering just how much of an open mind does he really have? My mind is open, is yours?
