So often these days NFL players get criticised for being arrogant, or self obsessed. Or just generally being thugs...

I added Uche to my facebook page around a year to two years ago, and every time i ever strike up a chat with him on the chat feature hes polite helpful & an all around good guy. Its so unbelieveable considering he was a starting lineman for the Jags for most of last year

Spoony is also pleasant but doesnt always reply

Have any of you had similar experiences with NFL players?

BCC Mock Draft: With the 31st selection the Arizona Cardinals select, Chris Wells, RB, Ohio State.
The Cardinals before the draft were hoping that in their eyes one of the two premiere running backs may fall to them, either Knowshon Moreno or Beanie Wells. Wells offers a true power running back who also has sub 4.5 speed, and will offer a nice complement to the passing attack for the Cards. He will offer a nice 1-2 punch along with Tim Hightower, and they should be able to bludgeon defensive players until they're blue in the face.

Jaguars Sign Tra Thomas

The Jaguars have come to financial terms on a contract with free-agent offensive tackle Tra Thomas, 34, a three-time Pro-Bowler who made 165 starts with the Philadelphia Eagles. Thomas, from Florida State, immediately gives the Jaguars security at left tackle. Last year’s starter at left tackle, Khalif Barnes, is an unrestricted free agent.

A 12-year veteran, Thomas was the 11th overall pick of the 1998 draft. He will be presented by the Jaguars to the media on Monday. Jaguars.com will post a story from that availability later today.

....

All i can say is wow, BAP! This truly gives us a fixture for the year at LT and allows us to take the best player at our position in the draft, whether that be at 8 or trading down.

This makes it more likely that we may trade down for someone like Heyward- Bey, Harvin etc in my opinion, as we no longer have to stay at 8 to take the BAOT, having said that we may decide to stay where we are if we're in love with BJ Raji, or if Crabtree falls to us.
