A pom living in New Zealand. Never been to a NFL game apart from a couple of pre-season exhibition games at Wembley Stadium in the mid-1980's when I was still living in London (1986 Bears v Cowboys, 1987 Rams v Broncos). Despite the isolation I have been a long time supporter of the Giants from afar. Now I rely on limited ESPN coverage on Sky, a few streamed games on the internet, live scoring on CBS Sportsline, and Big Blue View. One day, one day I will get to NY and watch a game ;-)

Danny Ware resigns for one year

NFL.com shows that Danny Ware has signed a one year contract with the Giants. This is interesting because some mock drafts have predicted C.J.Spiller (RB, Clemson) could be a target. Jacobs and Bradshaw are starters next season, Andre Brown is likely to be fully fit and I (for one) would like to see what he can do, and Ware is now under contract. Gartrell Johnson may be vulnerable, but has shown some promise. Why would the Giants want to draft another RB?
