IOWA CRUSH Kicks off 2010 season at Simpson College
Join the Iowa Crush women April 3rd as they kick off their 2010 season at Buxton Stadium-Simpson College in Indianola. The team will be taking on the reigning world champions Kansas City Tribe in their 3 PM kickoff. The Crush cheerleaders will be having a Easter egg hunt for all children at half time of the game. Bring out your friends and family for a fun-filled afternoon of women's football

I have no idea who would be interested in this.Hell, I never thought I would.

It all starts with the a Christmas Story. While my daughter was visiting during Christmas i asked her what she wanted for Christmas. After a brief discussion on the phone I had her meet me at that Mecca for sports enthusiats at the Coralville Mall.(not sure if its OK to mention its name, not hard to figure out). Anyway, the Purchase and gifting of a pair of very nice Nike FB cleats was the result of our excursion.

She is on the roster of the Iowa Crush, an IWFL Tier II Woman's football Team based out of Des Moines. If anyone is interested in supporting them and attending their games, I have included a link to their site.
