The NCAA finally handed down OSU's penalties from tattoo-gate, and it's a little worse than they expected. A one-year ban on post-season play, loss of nine scholarships, and an added year of probation. The bowl ban also will hold them back from playing in the Big Ten Championship Game next year, giving the Badgers a better chance to book a return trip to Indy next year. OSU is banned, Penn State is a mess, the division is there for the taking. How do you feel about the sanctions? Too harsh? Too lenient? How much does this help the Badgers next season?
