The Science of Arrogance
I wonder how they convinced Deloss Dodds to volunteer for the study.

CMA's boys at 13. Should I be ecstatic or terrified?
Rams cut ties with Chris Draft
The rams have apparently released Chris Draft, per various reports around the league. According to Bernie, the gist of it was the rams asking Draft to take a 300k pay cut for the season. Draft apparently refused, which led to the release.
I'm torn on this, as I really liked Chris Draft as a 4th linebacker, and I really feel as though he did a great job in terms of PR by being present in the community all the time. Working with students, working for good causes. At the same time, however, 300k doesn't seem like an outrageous pay cut.
I guess what it boils down to though is someone will pay him full price to play for them. Thoughts?
(P.S. Not sure if this should be a fanshot or not, but feel free to change it if it's supposed to go there)
In honor of the boys in blue, let's take a look back to one of my favorite moments in blues history.
Gene Wojciechowski on Matt Lawrence
Gene Wojciechowski apparently was best friends with Kevin Lawrence, Matt's dad. Wrote a nice fluff piece about him and his journey to this point with MIZZOU. I think it's particularly interesting to note that the Grey Goose realized he wasn't athletic enough for D-1, and worked hard to improve his 3-ball.
"Lawrence called home and said, "Man, I really don't belong here."
But by the end of the conversation he had figured it out. He told Kev, "If I'm going to survive here, I'm going to have to learn how to shoot the 3.""
