Most likely this is another one of those Mike Shanahanigan to Kansas City "rumors" that appear out of nowhere, but hey what do I know?  Scout.com is reporting about a possible 3-way trade involving Marshall coming to Kansas City.  I don't have a premium account or whatever it takes to see the "full story" which according to some tweets I saw, involves Croyle or Thigpen to Arizona, Leinart to Denver, and picks and/or Marshall to Kansas City.

Assuming this has some feet, I don't know what to think of this trade.  Do we really have the depth to lose a QB this time even if it is Thigpen?  Would the Cards even want Thigpen or do they want a more traditional albeit fragile QB in Croyle?  I think Denver definitely could be looking at Leinart and Kansas City could use Marshall if he leaves his crybaby ways in Denver.  I wouldn't mind seeing the trade go through, it doesn't seem like Pioli or Haley would bring in Marshall if wasn't going to change his ways.

This will probably end up happening as soon as Warren Moon re-signs for 1 year with the Chiefs for some veteran presence, but it is fun to speculate I guess.
