I'm loving the winning, but two questions will not leave my head.  Do either of the following players make the 40 man roster in the winter?

Miguel de los Santos.  Normally I would say definately not since he is in low a ball, but the strikeout rate makes me wonder if he needs protecting.

Chad Tracy.  I would lean towards no, but the upper minors lack hitting prospect depth so it might be worth ensuring what depth there is.
