Washington got good news on Tuesday when Long Beach (Ca.) Poly CB Kameron Jackson decided to end the recruiting process and commit to them Huskies. At this pace, is their going to be any room left for the local boys? If I was considering Washington, I believe I would be taking a hard look at giving a verbal to the coaches before the slots are all filled up. So which one of the local boys is going to be the first to tell Sark that they want to be a Husky?

If you looked at Sark's twitter from yesterday, you would have seen the message about the upcoming coaches clinic. Has anyone looked at the guest high school coaches? Match the coaching name list with the 2010 recruits school name. Do you see any trends????????? Its just my hunch, but isn't it nice and convienent to invite the coaches to work with you that have the recruits on their team that you are after.

Looked at the Rival's recruiting website today and noticed they had their initial top 100 players for 2010. Jake Heaps was noticably absent from this list. Would this be true that Jake is not a top 100 player? No players from the state of Washington.  Would have thought would be one of the top prospects in the entire nation. My feelings are that Rivals was publishing a list and not necessarily THE top 100. Any thoughts?
