If Brodie Came Back Today...
Tyler Thigpen has been playing great the last 3 weeks, no doubt about it. But what if Brodie Croyle was able to come back and play today. We all know Brodie is Herm Edwards' posterboy. Herm has also been quoted saying that starters should never lose their job due to injury. There really is no sense in messing up our flow and momentum with switching our quarterback, but you never know with Herm. So that being said, would Brodie Croyle get his starting job back immediatly?
Chiefs 09 Schedule
Wow! Has anyone seen our schedule for next year? It looks like it'll be a tough one....again. Is it just me or does it seem like we always get shafted with hard schedules every year? Oh well this will be a good test for us. Any record predictions for the 09 season?

Retrospect: Was the Jared Allen trade worth it?
Players aquired through Jared Allen trade:
OT Branden Albert
RB Jamaal Charles
S DaJuan Morgan
WR Kevin Robinson
Now while I believe that Branden Albert will turn out to be a great tackle for us for many years, and Jamaal Charles will probably turn out alright as a, what everyone likes to call, "change of pace" type back, Morgan and Robinson have yet to show much. Granted we haven't seen much of them at all they could turn out to be steals. Lets say Morgan and Robinson turn out to be garbage. Jamaal doesnt seem durable enough to be an every down back ( I do love his running style). So is a good to potentially great offensive tackle and a awesome "change of pace" type back worth an all pro defensive end in Jared Allen? You be the judge!
