I'm from the culture fusion of basketball that was born in 1984 that is known now as The "Dunkadelic-Era" In America, 1984-Present. The "Dunkadelic-Era" will be celebrating its 25th Anniversary during the year 2009 (1984-2009).

Kevin Garnett wanted his core group of Celtic players to have a new nickname. The "Big 3" wasn't creative enough KG said, during the press conference of the NBA Finals. The "Green Machine" needed more flavor. The new nickname for Celtics led by KG, Double P., and Ray Ray is the C-Green "Dunkadelic-Machine". The new nickname will be announced Christmas Day when the Celtics face the Los Angeles Lakers.
Kevin Garnett was selected to be on the cover of NBA 2K9. The national review by Game Informer; NBA 2K9 continues 2K Sports dunkadelic dynasty was one of the major influences to the dunkadelic term being used in the Celtics nickname. The Boston Celtics are a real Sports Dynasty.
