Is 2009 over yet?

This has been a rough year so far for wings fans. Anyone else super excited to say goodbye to 2009 and welcome 2010? I know that I will so So glad to forget this year and bring in the new year and welcome back some of out hurt players.
Bad things of 2009 that I can think of off the top of my head:
Lost the Cup, Several injuries that have made us play a little different, lack of goals.

Osgood vs. Howard

How does everyone feel about the Wings playing Howard over Chris Osgood lately??? I would not call myself a fan of Jimmy Howard, number 35, but he had been impressing me. I was more then a little upset when we lost Conklin and kept Howard, and when we lost to St. Louis at the Joe it made it even worse. It is undeniable that he is getting better with his first career shut out and 30 saves in his game against Tampa.
