I do not post much but I do read BSD everyday and the scandal which is now upon us brings me to question the future of the Penn State football team.  As an alumni is feel ashamed and heart broken from the actions of a sickened man and hope all justice is served to the fullest to everyone involved.  But what about our team?  How will the players focus for the 3 toughest games in their season with all of this going on?  Will our current recruits drop Penn State and attend another school because this is not the school that they committed to?  Will future recruits be effected by the actions of one man?  Will we slowly drop out of the top tier of football programs in the up coming years?  How do you stay strong and continue build a program when something like this happens? 

JoePa does not deserve to go out like this after all he has done for this university, college football, and the community as a whole.  I hope the program stays focused for the remainder of the year and the man that built this program does all he can not to let it crumble!  Penn State's reputation has taken a hit, but how big of a hit is yet to be determined.

I have been looking around trying to find some news on Bowman's injury and really could not find any, maybe that is a good thing.  Has anyone heard anything? Was it just a minor injury/pull of the groin or something that could be nagging him all season.  Hopefully it isn't that bad and he will be back on the field this week. If anyone has any news I would greatly appreciate it.  Thanks.

Seems like Joe is more concerned with the O-line compared to any of the other positions.  I feel once the new starters get a couple of games under their belt the will gell nicely.  I have more of a concern with the secondary, I do not know if I can stand seeing them get tourched again against a decent QB! Hopefully the whole team will get on the same page and have a special season.

I do not know if any of you have ever read this article, but it is an amazing read.  It gives an understanding where BCS games might have originated with the start of corporate sponsors, and how classy our school is, while "The U" is trash.  I will save this and someday give it to my kids to read.  Gives me chills just thinking about it. Foxsports actually has a good article posted that says if all things go well we could challenge of a Big10 or even national Championship. It is about time someone in the media focused on something different then JoePa and our criminals.  If we can sart out with momentum, which we should, there is no telling what this team can do.  4 weeks AND COUNTING!!!!!!

Is anyone else not only happy to see what is happening to Michigan, but what is happening to Chad Henne? I am from the Reading,PA where Henne went to high school, though I don't like seeing him get hurt, but I love seeing him self destruct. After his dis of PSU and the way he holds PSU so low in every interview this couldn't be happening to a better person. So here is to you Chad Henne and your Wolverines, congrats on killing your draft stock, your Heisman hopes, and your National Championship Season!
