As nice as it was last weekend to hear rookie quarterback Ryan Tannehill claim that he knows as much as 80 percent of the West Coast offense the Dolphins will be running this year, and as nice as it is to know there are still more than three months before training camp begins, NFL Network analyst Joe Theismann believes today’s college programs are coming up short in preparing quarterbacks for the NFL.
