i've noticed over the last couple of games that our starters play about 25-30 min a game and that our bench plays a lot of minutes compared to other teams. we might need that because our benchplayers energize the game as soon as they enter but don't you think that our best players (danny,roy and darren) should play the most minutes ??

this will eventually get us in some sort of rhythm. i guess the problem is that we don't have any true starter at the 2 and the 4 spot for now (although paul george might be a true starter by next season) so we have to bring in the bench guys and play whoever is hot. i just wanna know if you like the way we are playing now or if you would like to see more playing time for our starting five as i wish??

... we should try trading maybe Dunleavy or another wing who's hot right now but won't be for long considering our experience. One player who'll be an easy target would be jason thompson - averaging 12.5 points and 8.5 rebounds in 30 min last season - who lost minutes in sac due to the addions of delambert, cousins and landry. Sactowns frontcourt is stuffed and their biggest weakness is the 2 and 3 position. Thompson is still very young and could be a piece of a young core featuring collison, hibbert, george and granger as their leader. I see this trade as a win-win situation since sacramento doesn't need or use thompson anymore and we get our starting young pf in return. Financially Thompson is a low-risk player since he makes about 2 mil/year over the upcoming 2 years and dunleavy becomes a FA after the season which will suit sacramento too.

I know we don't necessarily need a pg-upgrade but this deal gives us an all-star pg AND 18 Mil expirings back.

NJ maght do it because they still hope for the best in 2010.

I've been messing around with the Trade Machine for a while now and came up with a trade that could actually shake up both participating teams :

Warriors get : Elton Brand ,Samuel Dalembert and Thadeus Young

Sixers receive : Biedrins , Randolph, Magette and Claxton

This one works financially and i think will give Nellie a good inside presence with brand and some Defense with Dalembert (not that he is looking for it...) on top of that he'll get a young talent in thadeus to mess around with ....

Philly gets rid of Brand and can develope their prospect (speights) and randolph as they have nothing to lose this season. Biedrins will be a one on one replacement for Dalembert and magette can provide some efford of the bench.

IMO this works out for both teams...

Does anyone have any news on t-macs return ? Is it true that the coach and managment wont let him play because they'll get some money of some insurance ?

I think they should bring him back in the upcoming 1-2 weeks and see how he fitsthe team or trade him... Tracy deserves a fair treatment by this franchise. To be honest where will the rockets end up this season? The best case will be the 6th or 7th spot in the west and loosing the 1st or 2nd round again. If they can manage to bring tracy back without messing up the chemistry i'll think this team is capable of more.
