We play New Orleans twice in the same month. Thoughts? Discuss!

According to The Red Zone, the Chicago Bears are the favorites to land Mario Williams when free agency begins Tuesday. Thoughts? Is there any hope left?

The Atlanta Hawks are not on the verge of being sold. Unfortunately.

The Falcoholic Falcons-Packers to Sunday Night?

The current Sunday Night Football game on Nov. 28 is the Colts-Chargers. The Chargers are only 4-5 and have a bye week today. NBC has till Tuesday to decide whether they think a 7-2 vs 6-3 matchup is more appealing than a 6-3 vs 4-5 matchup. I personally think that although the Falcons-Packers matchup is really interesting, it's not that great of a matchup to oust Colts-Chargers from their throne. The Falcons just aren't a big enough of a name to warrant the trouble of rescheduling two games. What do you think? Debate!

Falcons coach Mike Smith indicated Monday that the status of Jerious Norwood (knee) is uncertain going forward.
"I know that everybody is concerned about Jerious," said Smith. "He has had some evaluation this morning. We are going to continue to evaluate it and we hope to have more information on Wednesday." It sounds like Norwood may be going for a second opinion. There are rumors he has a torn ACL. Sep. 20 - 4:08 pm et

So it looks like Norwood might be out for the season. We probably will let him go after this year when his contract expires.

Peachtree Hoops The ASG is better than we think

After reading M. Cunningham's article, I have full faith in the ASG. Now that they are WILLING to go into the lux. tax threshold, I believe they are willing to pay money to win a championship. They say that they are going to find pieces that will help us win a championship. I would be thrilled with a trade for monta ellis of GS. Williams + Bibby for Ellis? We can win now! And let's say that something happens and Joe declines when he's 32. He can still be traded. Heck, Arenas can still be traded. Fellow Hawks fans, I think we can finally yell to the NBA world, "I have faith in my ownership group!"

Talking Chop Turner Field help

Hello fellow Braves fans,

I am an avid Braves fan, however, I haven't had the honor to visit Turner Field in several years. We got cheap tickets to the "755 club"(if someone can clarify what that is, that would be appreciated) for the Father's Day game vs the Kansas City Royals. Is there anything to see at Turner Field(besides the game of course) like a museum or something? Is there a way to get autographs from the players?

Thanks.

Peachtree Hoops Johnson frontrunner for Hawks Job

According to http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/news/story?id=5208949

Avery Johnson, due to a second interview, is now the apparent frontrunner for the Hawks Head Coaching Job.

What do you think if he is hired? I personally believe that this is a step in the right direction, a winning attitude in Atlanta. I like the aggressive nature and the idea of actually not being afraid to use money to hire big names.
