Posting and Toasting Knicks Should Swing For Agent Zero

Now that Washington landed the #1 pick (John Wall), they have a logjam at PG with Arenas on the roster.

Both players are essentially the same type of ball-dominating guard, who gets a good amount of assists from bail out plays and such.

Though Wall is much more promising as a potential floor general.

The Knicks could work a deal to land arenas, similar to what they did with Spree when he was run out of Golden State for chokin out PJ. Gilbert has essentially burned all his bridges in Washington thanks to his little incident. I think this could be the second coming of Sprewell!!! (Or the effects of his coming to NY)

Yes the Knicks will be taking on his mammoth contract, but hes still got plenty left, and if he can return to close to what he was 3-4 years back (which is quite probable), then we definitely got a number 2 for HWSNBN, who is also good friends with Arenas back from their rivalry days in the playoffs.

New York would embrace the gun happy fellow don't you think?

Posting and Toasting Sad, But True

I came across this after waking up in shame from last night's loss. For some reason it really hurt.

Via Fanhouse:

'I suppose giving [Eddie Jordan] a player like [Samuel Dalembert] in the first place made as much sense as Mike D'Antoni choosing Chris Duhon as his point guard.'

Guess we're still the ass of many jokes across the league. Brandon Jennings last night didn't help change that.

Summer 2010!!!

I didn't watch the game, but from the stats it looks like it wasn't really Nate's fault. 7 assts to 0 TO is not too shabby. Am I being misled?
