Kobe's chillin for the last two games...
http://sports.espn.go.com/los-angeles/nba/news/story?id=5079041
-- Kobe Bryant, who sat out two games last week to rest his legs and alleviate swelling in his right knee before returning to play in the Lakers' 91-88 loss to the Portland Trail Blazers on Sunday, will not play in the Lakers' final two games of the regular season because of the avulsion fracture in his right index finger, a team spokesman announced Monday.
Start Josh and have LO come off the bench while Pau is out, Yay or Nay?
The bench is horrendous I swear, we have no punch when the starters sit. For the time being I think it would be condusive for the team to have LO come off the bench now rather than start him while Pau is out. Josh is a good spot up shooter and can do a decent job on the glass. He might seem uncoordinated @ times but I think he can do a decent job for the first 3-4 minutes of the game. Thats just my observation early on. Plus it gives LO more gas later in games to finish with kobe, fish, ron & bynum. I know he hit that big 3 in OT tonight, but that damn airball from the FT line was awful. Either this team has SEVERAL HUGE adjustments to make or their just cruising off talent alone. Could be a combination of both, I cant really tell @ this point.
Speak on it....
Sometimes I think they do it on purpose....
Hear me out now lol, last year it seemed like this team thrived off lulling the opposition into a false sense of victory only to come back and snatch their hearts out. Last night I got that same feeling, but it kinda bit us in the behind when we tried to rally. Maybe its just me lol. I dont think Kobe will shoot as bad as he did against dallas when we play atlanta. im not the least bit worried, just making a personal observation is all
With Griffin out tonight.....
will the game be as intriguing?
Dont get me wrong I cant wait to see how the Lakers play with Ron in the lineup, but I was really looking forward to seeing Blake play. Granted I wish we could've opened up against Orlando or Cleveland, I was still excited to see him play.
Also im new here, been Laker fan since I could comprehend the sport, I think MJ is overrated, i think Magic is the best PG of all time. I respect Lebron James' game but I hate how the media puts him on a pedestal when he hasnt proved he can win when it counts....Just a little info, look forward to blogging with you all
Peace
