Yesterday I saw Damien Cox on TSN.  Giving advise on TSN.  Having people have to put up with him on TSN.  It sucks.

They have Bob "I SCREAM REALLY LOUD TO MAKE YOU LISTEN TO ME" Mackenzie, and then  Pierre "I SCREAM TO BE LIKE BOB BUT NO NOTHING ABOUT HOCKEY" MacGuire.  Duthie is a decent emcee, but that's about it.  And now they are asking Damien Cox to come on TV?  The guys is bald, with 5" thick BLACK eyebrows.  Let's call it a "newpaper" face.  Or maybe tabloid.  Newspaper sounds too proper and journalistic for him.

I miss John Davidson at times like this. 

So Shanahan has opened himself up to offers?  Anyone else think that for the right price, he's the perfect fit for T.O. right now?  Some good veteran leadership that can actually put a couple pucks in the net...from the  ****blushing**** WING?!?!?

Since the end of last season, I wanted this guy to sign in T.O.  And maybe the time is upon us?  Maybe it pushes Sundin to come back and play between Antro and Shanny???

Or do we even want this?  Let's have a nice good discussion about it!

Cause Blake just plastered a puck into some D-list junior goalie...again....

I put up with the 36 year old hack all last year, cutting him some slack because of his illness and all that.  But he still had more shots on net than Raycroft faced from the media last year!  Too bad all 6397 shots were at the f'ing chest of the goalie!  I heard Reebok tested the new jersey's crests out by have a Blake-omatic shooting pucks all day at them! 

And now this year, the bastard HOLD'S ONTO THE PUCK WHILE STARING AT AN OPEN NET UNTIL THE GOALIE IS STARING AT HIM!  Breakaways = shot in the crest.  2 on 1's = shot in the crest.  A pass from our blue line = a FUCKING SHOT IN THE CREST! 

This guy is supposed to be a 40 goal scorer.....well...maybe a 20 goal scorer with one fluke year.  But even I know that you don't score while trying to break a goalies rib!  The guy's a bum, and doesnt' belong in the NHL at all anymore.  Give Robbie Earl a chance up here.  Blake sure the hell doesn't deserve it anymore.
