MLB=NFL

MLB Dodger Slugger Manny R. was suspended 50 games for violation of its performance enhancing policy. Manny says that they were prescribed, MLB doesnt care.
What is so revalent about how this will affect the Vikings' Williamses is that the drug Manny took isnt HGH or steroids but a sexual performance enhancer (or women tranquilizers, according to which story you follow). MLB says that those drugs can be used to mask steroids even though they arent steroids of any kind.
If history is a big predictor of what will happen in the future, my bet is that the Williams Wall lose their appeal since the 4 major sports look to each other for guidance when setting player policy for drugs and conduct. Dieretic isnt a steroid, neither was Manny's blue pill. MLB doesnt care, neither will the NFL.
I want the NFL to rescind their suspension, but it is less than likely now.

Udeze a draft bust?

Kenechi Udeze. DE. 2004 Rd. 1 20th Pick

I was readin this article on supposed draft busts and came accross the list listing Udeze as a draft bust.

NBC-Draft Busts

I am not willing to name Udeze a bust. He has been solid at DE and can more than hold his own. Missing the 2008 season after being diagnosed with Leukemia, is sure to bring digress him back a bit but should make a stronger contribution once at 100 percent.

I was wondering what your guys' thoughts were on this. Are you ready to lable Udeze a NFL Draft Bust?

If I were Brad Childress, I WOULD...(pt2)

I thought I would repost this question since it has been 2 months since I posted part 1.

If you want to recap, here is what I said before

"Though the superbowl still needs to be played, it already seems like a long offseason. Since Chilly remains the HC in Minny, we can all agree that there needs to be changes, tweeks, or just plain moving and shaking within the vikings organization.

I'd like your thoughts on what you think the HC should get to work on.

My 2 cents

Fire the Special Ed (ahum...Teams) Coordinator

Announce the all play calling duties will be given to Bevell

Throw Frasier a welcome back party

Announce that your starting qb in 09 will be Adrian Peterson

DRAFT: RG, CB, SPECIAL TEAMER, and LB (in that order)

Shave Head

Anything else I forgot?"

I thought I would add my new two cents and ask you to join in!

2 cents:

1. Get Jay Cutler by giving the Broncos our: 1st (22nd) 2009 pick, 2010 2nd round pick, and Chester Taylor.

2. Get serious about getting a proven full back to block for AP. I believe Tahi is no longer an option (or shouldnt be)

3. Free Agent-RT: Although Pace COULD....switch to the right side, he still remains an expensive option. So I would get Kevin Shaffer.

4. Get HOLT, enough said

5. Draft for BPA in 2009 Draft.

6. Shave Head

Your thoughts gentleman...
