Nick Fazeckas is working out for the Spurs. He used to play for the Clippers and his numbers are not exciting at all. He is 23 years old... yay!

Cetlics bloggers are reporting that Michael Finley wants to return to the Spurs but is considering LAL, CELTs or MAVs

Celtics Blog

Also, the Hawks are considering two sing and trade offers for Josh Smith:

Hawks Blog

In the Hawk article the author writes: "There are at least two, blockbuster sign-and-trade proposals the Hawks are chewing on regarding Smith (one from a Western Conference power and the other from an Eastern Conference big dog) that could dramatically change the landscape in Hawksville."

I wonder which Western Conference power he is referring to.

This link from the Phoenix area suggests that Barry is likely to sign with the rockets for their bi-annual exception. At least we are getting younger by shedding years.

Can the Spurs land Landry?

Im not familiar with NBA finances but was wondering if the Spurs can land Landry from the Rockets. It seems like an itriguing possibility. I understand that because he is a restricted free agent the Rockets can match any offers made to him? If the spurs were truly going for Batum in the draft, nabbing Landry sounds like sweet justice.

http://www.chron.com/disp/story.mpl/sports/bk/bkn/5867051.html

Is there any chance the Spurs can sign him?
