Hello, LLers. As some of you may know, I will be making a special guest appearance in Seattle in August. What you don't know is that I will also be invading California for a week and I would love suggestions for things to do there. I will be starting in San Francisco and will work my way down to Los Angeles and San Diego. I would love tips on: 1) Things to do in the bay area, 2) Places to see on the drive from the bay area to Los Angeles, and 3) Fun things in LA (near UCLA, seattlebruin this is all you), SD, and maybe even Tijuana.

Also helpful would be tips on where to find good eats. Look out, California, I'm coming for you.

A wise man once said that one rotten apple spoils the whole bunch, and I think last night we all learned that this is true. Those poor guy at Bluebird Banter didn't deserve a massive .jpeg attack, and now an invasion just doesn't seem right. I might, and I encourage others, to stop by there and chat with them for a while, just to help their loneliness. But our good(?) name over here at LL has been tarnished, and going over there now would only make it worse.

If anyone has any suggestions on any other blogs we could go to, that'd be great Fun fact unrelated to my need for more words: In a group of 45 people, there's a 95% chance that two share a birthday

Did we really lose the Jeff picture recap? I can't find it, and I tried a link to it and got an error. I say we do a good ol' fashioned nuclear bomb and take down the fucker that would dare take our website/life from us. WHO TAKES THE TIME TO HACK THE GOOGLE ACCOUNT OF THE AUTHOR OF A SPORTS BLOG AND ALSO HACK SAID SPORTS BLOG?

That greatest movie thread got me thinking. There are a lot of classic movies that I haven't seen but I know the details so I just say I've seen them. Does anyone else do this?

My list includes:

The Godfather
Psycho
Casablanca
Dr. Strangelove
Schindler's List
Citizen Kane
Saving Private Ryan

I pretty much know the plots and lines from all of these movies, so I get by, but I feel pretty bad about it.

Hey, I've read here for a while so I feel I can trust (almost) all of your opinions. I needed a place to express my feelings on a certain journalist, so I've finally decided to post.

Rick Reilly is the worst journalist I've ever read. His ending articles in SI are the biggest pieces of shit I've read. He's not even writing about sports anymore. It's him being self righteous and a snob. He's trying to instill morals upon someone who just wants to read about sports. Plus, his dick face that accompanies the articles just make me want puke.

When I've said this to others they've disagreed. How can people like Rick Reilly? He is what's wrong with America.
