I'm a huge A's fan, even though I live out here in Spring(town outside of Houston, TX), I try and support my team as much as I can. I watch every single game, I'm always on AN, etc. But I feel like the last couple of weeks I've lost excitement for this team, maybe part of it is because they traded away my favorite pitcher(Rich).

I really want to see the team make a run, I'm not the type to throw in the towel, but I've lost some hope. I really want to see Gio pitch not Braden, Buck on the field not Emil!! I want to see the most exciting guys playing! And I think most of you guys can relate. Raise you hand if you do.

I know Beane is doing what he thinks is best for this teams future, but I really thought we had a legit chance to make a run, we probably still do because of our young players and pretty much no pressure....maybe I'm being Debbie Downer here, lol, help me out guys...help me be the optimistic person I usually am, and you guys know that I am!

Sometimes, I'm really just waiting for football to start, both college and pro!!!

Off Topic:
I've been reading several articles(Slusser, Ratto(fatass Raider hater), Urban, etc) that keep criticizing you, the fans that live in Oak-town(I unfortunately live in Houston so I don't count) about how there is no support for the team even though the team is playing well. Well, I got really mad at them, because it seems like they are ignoring your reasons.

How do they expect the fans to go to every single game when they keep jacking up the prices and making the product cheaper? How do they expect fans to go to one of the worse parks, if not the WORST park(If I can call it a park...)? How do they expect the fans to go when they are going to grab all that money and run to Fremont!?! Especially with the economy pretty much tanking!! Field tickets for 3 people are $105 plus parking $15 plus food and $8 beer! WTF!!!

Why don't they do like the Giants did and go build a park by a waterfront location? Help build up the Oakland economy, build a park where people can hang out before/after a game, where there will be attractions, a place where it will be enjoyable to go, (can McAfee Col. be any closer to the highway?) and of course BART-able! What is this organization thinking, do they want to gain fans or lose, because it seems like this organization is already losing some! I'm a loyal fan 100% but as a fan I have a right to be furious and speak my mind.

We all know that the A's have more die-hard, loyal fans than the Angels will ever dream of having. Angels fans are just businesses that buy out seats and give out their tickets. Who wouldn't sell out like that? Whatever, didn't want to get into talking about the Angels. Anyways, we have the real fans, people that work for their money, middle-class workers, but first-class citizens!! Haha!!

I want to know what you guys think about this.

I was watching the game last night on Directv's Extra Innings and I heard that CSN Bay Area had a special, A's in Japan and I was wondering if someone could record it and post it here! It would be great! I was trying to see if I could watch in online but I don't know if it is possible. I am a huge A's fan and I would really appreciate it if someone could do me this grand favor.

Thank you,
