I have a Blackberry and I have the site's RSS on my viigo app, along with Twitterberry to make tweeting very easy and quick. So that leads to my question, would it be cool with you guys if I ran a twitter for the blog? I could just post the links to all the feed an all the fanposts, for easy access to people on the go. Just an idea for my fellow tweeters to think about.

You may have seen my announcement that I'm looking for people to run our daily links posts (Opening and Closing Credits). I've already got a couple volunteers (though I'm open to more, if you still want to help out in that area) who should be starting on Sunday. Until then, Linix129 has graciously volunteered to keep us up to date.

Click on through for his daily links.

Broderick Turner of the answers some questions over the debates over Odom and Bynum, as well as Farmar and Brown. He also discusses the possibility of Byron Scott coaching the Lakers after Phil's contract expires.

T.J. Simers explains a scary thought; If the Lakers can't handle the road games against the Jazz, then how can they even think about beating the Cavs?

J.A. Adande summarizes how the Jazz continued their home dominance and that it has become a tale of two cities.

Mark Heisler tells us that this year's series is beginning to look a lot like last year's.

Elliott Teaford writes about Derek Fisher getting booed in Salt Lake.

An Afternoon In Charlotte

Happy MLK day everyone, although most are off from work today, this is basically the NBA's holiday, and as usual, the Spurs graced us with their typical afternoon game.

1st Quarter: Right off the get-go you knew this was going to be competitive. Bodies flying everywhere, crashing boards and whatnot. Tim and Boris got off to quick starts. And our lovely D, keeps the Bobcraps in the game. Luckily for us, the offense was firing on all cylinders, the D began to pick up, and we were able to squeak out a lead....for now.

2nd Quarter: First thing that really caught my eye this quarter was Fab's beard. Shit, he's giving Pop a run for his money. I'm thinking they should form a ZZ Top tribute band, hell, I'd go see it. Anyway, there wasn't much this quarter, Kurt really stood out in my eyes, as we were kicking ass on the glass, and the high physical play continued. The Bobcats began to slowly creep back near the end of the half, but we still had the lead.

3rd Quarter: Let's just say, Rufus on Fire.

4th Quarter: After trailing virtually the whole second half, we finally get the damn lead back although our offense was still stagnant as hell. So this was going to be yet another close game, that we here have come to enjoy. Basically baskets are traded and we get the ball back with 30 seconds and a 2 point lead. A decent play is ran out of the time out but Timmy gets stuffed by Okafor (why am I so used to this?), the Cats then go on a fast break with time expiring, Felton goes for the tie on a floater, and Timmy says HELL NAW, packs him and the game ends to Diaw missing a potential game winner.

So overall, just your average Spurs vs (Insert crappy team name here) game.

Oh yeah, and there is a NBA League Pass free preview till the 25th, for Time Warner, Dish, and DirecTV. Not sure about any other providers though.
