I am currently in the navy stationed in my home town of San Diego. I have been a Lions Fan since I was 5. I met Barry Sanders while he was doing a workout with the Chargers. He signed my jersey and when I found out he went to the Lions I was a fan and have been one for 20 years now. I love my team. Its like a marriage. Sometimes they piss you off so bad you want to kill them but you always love them in the end. GO LIONS!!!

Passing on the Tradition...

Just a pic of my daughter sportin a Lions Cap.. She is loving the idea of being a Lions Fan.... I am trying to push it to all of my kids but the younger two are the only ones that will let me teach them the ways of being a true fan. My oldest is a chargers fan. Its ok though. he is more like his Mom anyways...
It took me forever to get her to take this pic...
Best Line Backer Trio in the NFL since Tampa in 98!!!
My buddy and I just got into a huge debate about the potential this group of guys has. I firmly believe and stand by the fact that the Lions have an awesome group of guys at Linebacker. He said that the Patritos had and still have a better on than the Lions. So I was hoping to get a bunch of post from some pissed off Lions fans and e-mail my buddy all of the post.
I must admit that I was really hoping we were going to draft Aaron Curry 1st. I am glad that we didn't now and it just goes to show the kind of moves the FO is making. I don't think we are going to breakout season even though I wish we could go 18-0. See how many Lions jerseys come out then and how many games we get televised.
Anyways, our group of guys if we can stay injury free and off of the Madden cover will be awesome. Our defense will be in the top 15 this year.
RESTORE THE ROAR
Winning the First One...
Everything the Lions have done, since the tragic 0-16, is make a statement if not by words all of the time but by thier actions in the organization. Hiring a new coach, new roided out Lions logo, big moves in trade and free aganecy. This team is ready to prove they're not the laughing stock of the NFL anymore. The first game of the season will be a win. They will shut the saints down offensively. With the new additions on offense they will put up a huge fight. I firmly believe that the Lions will win the first one. What do you guys think?
