Deceptive blitz schemes can be effective. We saw the results of the bend but don't break philosophy with players that were just not talented enough in 2013.

I'm simply saying that if you look at trends and the piles of research on draft trades, not individual trades, trading up has historically proven to be a strategy that produces less desirable results than standing pat or trading back.
