After all that has happened in the last 24 hours I think is due for a MCM radio show.  I have a great deal of respect to what Jimmy and August has to say about the Titans, I may not agree with everything but then again who does. I would love to listen to know what they think about everything about Jeff Fisher and all that have surrounded this unexpected chain of events that have Nashville upside down. So well, what do you all think?

I found this thread in goTitans and found it hillarious. I'm including one blank for you to fire up your creativity. There were a couple that had me rolling on the floor but in all they do paint the picture of having the Stache as HC. We all know that this are dark times in Titan Land but we all need some comic relief to help us to get through this , enjoy.

Can't believe it, one game and The Tennessean is asking if both are healthy who should be starting next week vs San Diego, VY of KC. Did these people watched the game? Kerry played well but Kenny bailed him out a few times too.  When they are going to stop their agenda against VY? I'm all for Kerry starting if VY isn't 100% but the minute he is there is no question that he should be starting

Wow, is not only the writers and reporters that are crap, at least there is a reason (a crappy one) for that. The VY hate there is horrible, they make Joy Kat look like a VY fan. You read the drivel posted there is unbelievable, a few examples for you cringe are: 

  Young played decent at best. He played within the system and this shows how Fisher wants to win. Does it produce playoff wins? Rarely. But, he is doing what he can within Young's limits.

Face the facts. Young's blackness helps him more than it hurts him. If he wasnt black and ol' Buds favorite, he would probably be getting an advanced degree in public speaking and playing football at the park.

There are some real deal QBs in the NFL and some also rans. Real deal--Rivers, Brees, Manning, Vick, Farve, Brady, Romo

Young won yesterday but that really doesn't tell the whole story. He was very average--the Giants totally blew up and gave away the game. He got a win but his performance--mediocre

I have seen VY LOSE some games with poor choices--but after his rookie season, I havent really seen him drive the ball and win a game all on his own like a Peyton, a Rivers, a Romo, a Brees, a Farve, a Marino, a Big Ben.Take up for him--that's ok. But he isnt a top quality QB. Dont measure him up for the HOF--that aint him. Average, mediocre, journeyman, plodder, slow witted whatever!! But not one of the great ones!!

First of all, Vince won 8 out of 10 games that he started in last year. Secondly, he only played a major part in the win over the Cardinals in Week 12 last season. He was just as much of a game manager last season as Kerry Collins was the season before.

You need to step back and look at what is going on. VY will never be able to compete in this league

With the toughest schedule in the league this year, it should measure him out nicely. Let's see how he does. Oh! since you guys love to tout his W-L record as the measure of his greatness. How many head to head wins does VY have over P. Manning?

If we are in the playoffs this year and he wins a playoff game, if he can pass for 225 yds/game against the good and the bad teams with a 2:1 TD to interception ratio...won't be any problems for me

And this goes on an on, is hard to believe that this people know anything about football. Every story after a win or a loss turn to the same crap. VY hater vs VY fan boys. I'm so happy I found MCM, this is by far the best place to discuss Titans. Before that it was me having to go through that mess in the Tennessean. 

I was watching NFL Live in ESPN, there were running a piece of VY on vacation. After the piece Suzy Kolber asked the "analysts" if they believe that Vince Young is the QB for the Titans. One of them, Tim Hasselbeck, said that he needed to see more and wanted to see how VY would react to adversity. How much more adversity you want? Let see; first, the the whole thing in '08, and then one of his closest friend and mentors is killed. I not blind to the fact that some of the things that happened were of his own doing, but you can't go on continue to raise the bar every time someone feels like doing so.

Then I went to NFL.com to find out Hasselbeck career numbers; for his entire career - 5 starts, 5 TDS, 7 INT, 1,012 YDS and a passer rating of 63.6

VY in 2009 - 8 starts, 10 TD, 5 INT, 1,879 YDS, 82.8 passer rating.

This is like a high school dropout evaluating your bachelor degree and saying he's not convince yet.

Its mind boggling how ESPN can put any one in front of a camera to talk nonsense like this, and most people will take as fact.

I know, it's been five games and I'm not saying that all questions about VY has been answered but the guy is playing extremely well. But there are some that I frankly don't know what is they are expecting from him. This guy Adam Duerson from SI.com treated the last drive against the Cards like it a 5 yard drive from the ARZ 5.
