Has anyone watched ESPN today? They were reporting that David Wells had approached Hank about pitching for the Bombers for stint number 3. The report also said Hank approved but had yet to approach the rest of the brass about Wells. It also said he lost 25lbs which i thought was funny but i dont what to think about this. Good? Bad? What do you guys think? God knows we could use a little help in the rotation, i mean who couldn't, but David Wells? Is that the answer?

Does anybody know the list of Free Agents we signed after this years draft was over? Every year teams sign players that didn't get drafted after the seventh round comes to a close. I saw that the Jets signed Danny Woodhead RB from Chadron St. and Kiper and the rest of the Draft Day Crew didn't shut up about him. I was wondering if we had any interesting free agent signings.

I was reading that we kick off the NFL season on Sept 4th. The schedule doesnt come out until Monday so i was wondering who you think the best opponent would be?

Here are the choices: San Francisco, Seattle, Baltimore, Cincinnati, Carolina, Philadelphia, Washington, and Dallas.

I was thinking both ratings wise and to prove to nation wise that were the best team in the NFC the best choice would be Dallas. It'd be nice to start the season off with a win against that bunch.

The websites i found the information on:

http://www.giants.com/gameday/GiantsRegularSeasonOpponentsfor20042009.asp

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/2008/football/nfl/03/26/bc.fbn.opener.startingt.ap/index.html
